Shanghai Weiye Industrial Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise mainly engaged in lime kiln design, engineering EPC general contracting, operation management, spare parts trade, lime trade, talent training and headhunting services. The company is headquartered in the international metropolis - Shanghai.
Guangxi Shengjin New Materials Co., Ltd. ("Shengjin Company" for short) is located in Jinjiang Circular Economy Industrial Park, Guangxi Petrochemical Industrial Park. The furnace project has invested about 200 million yuan in technical transformation funds, including about 70 million yuan in technical transformation costs, about 13 million yuan in raw material reserves and working capital, and an annual operating income of about 1.5 billion yuan. Shanghai Weiye Industrial Co., Ltd. Guangxi Shengjin Weiye Lime Plant is a supporting project of Guangxi Shengjin New Materials Co., Ltd. It uses the smelting waste gas of silico-manganese submerged arc furnace as fuel, and uses advanced energy-saving and environmentally friendly lime kiln equipment - Weiye Sleeve Lime kiln and Weiye lime production process to calcine limestone to produce quicklime (calcium oxide CaO) with high activity, high calcium oxide and low burning rate. The whole plant is equipped with two 500t/d Weiye sleeve lime kilns (the prototype technology of Beckenbach sleeve lime kilns in Germany) and accessories such as fan power system, raw material system, finished product system, gas pressure system, hydraulic system, dust removal system, etc. facility. The factory is located in the Circular Economy Industrial Park of Jinjiang Group in Guangxi Province (the former silicon-manganese factory). The factory has recently undergone technical renovation and major repairs. After full production, the annual output value will reach about 200 million yuan and about 100 jobs will be created.
