On November 15, the special recruitment fair of Anhui University of Science and Technology of Shanghai Weiye Industrial Co., Ltd. was held in the lecture hall B207 of Houde Hall of Anli University.
The theme of this seminar is "Academic, Employment, Entrepreneurship, Career". Li Jiawei, General Manager of Weiye Company, together with Li Ziqiu, Ban Meiping and Zhao Li, Directors of General Department, attended the seminar and gave lectures.
First of all, Mr. Li introduced the general situation of Weiye Company, business operations, main technical products, business performance, and various branches to the students, and shared his entrepreneurial journey. Mr. Li also introduced the company's management trainee training program, the "400 Weiye Talents Program" of Weiye Talent Academy to the students.
Finally, Mr. Li told the students in detail the details of the company's recruitment, job technology promotion channels, benefits and other related content.

As long as they have dreams, they will shine." Caring for new employees not only enables them to learn a lot of skills, but also helps interns from students to various industries. And the role of department heads, middle and senior management talents, and realize the transformation of "academic, employment, entrepreneurship, and career". After the meeting, some students conducted on-site interviews and were invited to have dinner together.
