Guangxi Shengjin Weiye lime plant of Shanghai Weiye Industrial Co., Ltd. is a supporting project of Guangxi Shengjin new materials Co., Ltd. It uses the smelting waste gas of silicon manganese ore furnace as fuel, and uses advanced energy-saving and environmental friendly lime kiln equipment - Weiye sleeve lime kiln and Weiye lime production process to calcine limestone to produce quicklime (calcium oxide Cao) with high activity, high calcium oxide and low calcination rate. The whole plant is equipped with two 500t/d Weiye sleeve lime kilns (German Beckenbach sleeve lime kiln Prototype Technology) and auxiliary facilities such as wind power system, raw material system, finished product system, gas pressurization system, hydraulic system, dust removal system, etc. The factory is located in the circular economy industrial park of Guangxi Jinjiang Group (the former silicon manganese factory). Recently, the factory has undergone technical transformation, overhaul and resumption of production. After full load production, the annual output value will reach about 200million yuan, creating about 100 jobs.
