It uses the smelting waste gas of silico-manganese submerged arc furnace as fuel, and uses advanced energy-saving and environmentally friendly lime kiln equipment - Weiye Sleeve Lime kiln and Weiye lime production process to calcine limestone to produce quicklime (calcium oxide CaO) with high activity, high calcium oxide and low burning rate. The whole plant is equipped with two 500t/d Weiye sleeve lime kilns (the prototype technology of Beckenbach sleeve lime kilns in Germany) and accessories such as fan power system, raw material system, finished product system, gas pressurization system, hydraulic system, dust removal system, etc. facility. The factory is located in the Circular Economy Industrial Park of Jinjiang Group in Guangxi Province (the former silicon manganese factory). The factory has recently undergone technical renovation and major repairs. After full production, the annual output value will reach about 200 million yuan and create about 100 jobs.
