【Weiye double-bore kiln -- process principle】:



Weiye double shaft lime kiln adopts the establishment of two kiln chambers for calcining lime, wherein A chamber and B chamber are connected at the bottom of the calcining belt, and the materials run downward along the two kiln chambers. During calcination in kiln chamber A, the combustion air and fuel flow with the material in kiln chamber A, so that the hottest flame comes into contact with the material with lower temperature and maximum heat absorption. Comparatively speaking, the combustion gas with lower temperature comes into contact with the material with good calcination step by step, so as to achieve uniform calcination conditions and high thermal efficiency. The CO2 decomposed from the combustion product and the material enters the B chamber through the connecting channel. At this time, chamber B is used as a thermal storage kiln chamber, and the limestone in the kiln chamber absorbs heat from the exhaust gas, while cooling the exhaust gas to a lower temperature, and the material stores heat, which is used to heat the combustion air before participating in the combustion in the next cycle. In this case, kiln chamber A is a combustion chamber, which reflects the characteristics of parallel flow. Kiln chamber B reflects the heat storage kiln chamber, which reflects the characteristics of heat storage. The next cycle will rotate between each other, that is, kiln chamber A becomes the heat storage chamber and kiln chamber B becomes the combustion chamber. In this cycle, the limestone is continuously calcined.

The combustion and non-combustion kiln tubes switch to each other and operate with the following two significant characteristics: a. Combustion gas and limestone flow together in the calcined zone; b. All combustion gases store heat during preheating.
   Due to the condition that limestone and combustion gas flow together in the combustion kiln barrel, the lime kiln type is ideal for producing light fired lime, high activity lime and dolomite lime. In addition, the heat storage process enables the lime kiln type to have the lowest heat loss among all types of lime kiln types at present.

 The calcination process is the continuous switching of the two calcination processes of countercurrent calcination and co-flow calcination, which is the interactive combustion process of air flow and materials in the kiln, and the continuous switching of the process of calcination and heat storage, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection.

Countercurrent calcination process: the temperature curve of the combustion air and kiln exhaust gas and the material is separated, so the material in the countercurrent calcination process is in the calcination reaction time is short, the heat is not fully utilized, so the activity of the product produced is not high, and there are more raw and overburning phenomena in the product, and the product quality is not easy to control.

Parallel flow calcination process: In the process of parallel flow calcination, because the flow direction of the material and the flow direction of the gas are the same, the gas distribution in the kiln is relatively uniform, which ensures that the gas and the material are always flowing in the same direction in the pre-zone and the calcination zone. In this way, the heat in the high temperature gas can always act on the raw material, so that the raw material is uniformly heated for a long time, and the calcination zone is longer than the countercurrent calcination process, and the calcination process of the material is more adequate, so the product produced under the conditions of parallel flow calcination has high activity, basically no raw and overburning phenomenon, and the quality of the product is also easy to control.

According to the above analysis, co-flow calcination is the key in the process of double-chamber kiln calcination, and the importance of co-flow calcination in the production of highly active lime is also proved in the production practice. In the actual production process, the activity of the product produced by the double-chamber kiln working on the principle of parallel flow calcining is higher than that of the general lime kiln working on the principle of countercurrent calcining alone, which is above 360ml.


【Weiye double shaft lime kiln -- technical characteristics】:

 


1) Production scale 100 ~ 1200t/d.

2) Suitable for a variety of fuels: natural gas, pulverized coal, wood chips (charcoal), coke (coke), producer gas, calcium carbide furnace tail gas, blue coal gas, coke oven gas, converter gas, blast furnace gas, mixed gas or mixed fuel of pulverized coal and gas.

3) The lowest heat consumption, reasonable use of heat energy, about 850 Kcal/Kg lime. Double chamber calcination, preheating alternately, can maximize the recovery of waste gas preheating. The exhaust gas temperature after exchange is below 120 degrees Celsius.

4) The calcination method is co-current calcination, while the heat exchange method is countercurrent heat exchange, which is in line with the chemical reaction mechanism of calcium carbonate decomposition.

5) The use of low calorific value fuel, such as blast furnace gas can also be fired into high-quality lime.

6) The product quality is uniform, the activity is stable above 360ml, and the burning rate is low.


【Weiye double shaft lime kiln - suspension cylinder structure brief introduction】:


The structure of Weiye double shaft lime kiln is divided into two forms, one is the beam structure and the other is the suspension cylinder structure. In use, the suspension cylinder structure is more conducive to the passage of air flow, while reducing the work of channel cleaning. The suspension cylinder is located inside the second section of the kiln body and is named after the third section of the kiln body through the top interface. The inside of the suspension cylinder is a limestone calcination belt, the average calcination temperature is 950℃, and the outer cavity is formed with the kiln body to ensure the uniform distribution of heat storage gas. From the structural analysis, the suspension cylinder body is in the kiln body and there is no heat dissipation environment, which determines the large heat load of the suspension cylinder. Therefore, in addition to insulation and fire prevention measures, the suspension cylinder adopts a double-layer cavity structure, and divides the cavity into 8 relatively independent channel units through optimization design, cooling with air, while obtaining air preheating and energy saving effects. In operation, by detecting the gas flow rate and outlet temperature changes of each unit of the suspension cylinder, It is possible to intuitively understand the uniform distribution of the heat of the calcination belt, and achieve the control purpose by adjusting the fuel amount of the combustion nozzle in different regions. In practice, the temperature deviation of the air building and structural design outlet of each unit of the suspension cylinder can be controlled within the range of 2℃.
