【Weiye Annular Lime Kiln】
The performance of Weiye Annular Lime Kiln is far better than the firing sleeve kiln, also known as "ring kiln", especially the heat consumption index and the degree of automation, the kiln specifications are 100 tons per day, 200 tons, 300 tons, 400 tons, 500 tons, 600 tons, 800 tons, etc., the main kiln type is 600 tons.
Weiye Annular Lime Kiln is a kind of shaft kiln with upper and lower inner sleeves in the shell, and the charge is calcined in the annular space of the inner and outer cylinder.
【Weiye Annular Lime Kiln - process principle】：
The inner structure of Weiye Annular Lime Kiln from top to bottom is material storage/preheating zone, upper calcination zone, lower calcination zone (and flow zone), and cooling/ash discharge zone. After sifting the raw material stone, it is sent to the kiln roof by the lifting hopper, and then distributed to the kiln by the rotary distributor. The preheated raw stone flows into the upper calcination zone along the annular charge space, where the raw stone is effectively decarburized. The calcined lime, which has been basically burned in the upper calcined zone, flows into the lower calcined zone, that is, the parallel flow zone, where it is effectively homogenized. The homogenized lime flows into the cooling belt, and then is pushed into the lime hopper at the bottom of the kiln by the pusher platform, from the hopper into the transfer belt machine to carry away.

1. Effectively reduce the thickness of the material layer, making the kiln body better gas permeability;
